Acting on many participants at once
Tick participants in a list, choose an action, check the count and confirm. You see what became of each one.
Tick the participants you want in any list, then choose an action in the bar that appears. Every action asks you to confirm and says how many participants it will touch. Nothing happens before you confirm.
What you can do
Set current, archive, resend parental consent, resend the confirmation email, ask for consent by email instead of on paper, put labels on or take them off, invite to the next level, send a message and collect email addresses. Centre admins and Operator admins can also transfer participants to another Award Centre of the Operator.
What you see afterwards
A page lists every participant as done, skipped or failed, with the reason. A participant who fails stops nobody else. The page updates by itself while the work goes on. The details are kept for a week, and then only the counts stay.
Transfers and messages
A transfer keeps the record and its history, moves open Awards with the participant and tells the old and the new Leader. A message goes by email and in the app, and the Sent messages tab lists it with its recipients. Collecting email addresses is recorded as an export of personal data.
