Logging an activity
Record the time you spent on an activity, add a note or a photo, see how the log counts, and keep going when you are offline.
A log is a short record of the time you spent on an activity. Your logs are what makes your weeks count. A Leader can log for a participant they act for, in the same way.
Make a log
Choose Log an activity and pick the activity. Or open an activity, go to Logs and choose Log time. Then fill in:
- Day: the day you did it. It cannot be after today.
- How long it took: hours and minutes.
- Note: optional. What you did, or how it went.
- Photo, video, voice note or document: optional. A log holds a few files of up to 20 MB each.
Choose Save log. Before you save, How this log counts tells you what it will do for your week. How your time counts says how your time counts here: a week counts once you log at least the minimum in it.
Look back and change a log
Logs lists them by week, with the time done so far. Open one to see How it counts. Choose Edit to change it, or Log again today to copy it onto today. If it was changed somewhere else while you edited, choose Keep mine or Keep the saved version.
Offline
You can log without a connection. The log is saved on your phone and shows as Waiting to send. It goes when you are back online. If one is refused, it appears under Not sent with the reason. Before you sign out, send what is waiting, or it is deleted.
