Setting your fees

Fees shows what the Award costs at your organisation: today, and the changes to come.

The currency

The Operator chooses one currency, and every fee is entered and shown in it. Choose it under Currency, then Save the currency. A fee that has started keeps the currency it was set in.

A fee from a day

Choose Add a fee from a day. Enter what each level costs from that day, and choose who is paid: your organisation, or the participant’s Award Centre. Enter 0 for a level that is free.

• A fee applies from its day until the next one starts.
• A fee can start today at the earliest.
• A fee that has started is kept as the record of what applied. To change what people pay, add a fee from a day to come.
• Make the Award free here makes every level free from the day you choose.

The organisations below

Choose Let the organisations below set their own fees to allow it. Until one of them sets its own, your fees apply there. An organisation that has set its own can choose Use the fees set above again.

Publishing

As with every setting, changes go into the draft. Today and to come shows what applies now and what the draft would change. Publish it from the settings overview. People then see what the Award costs on the Award’s page.
