Signing in
Sign in with a code sent to your email address, or with a password if you set one.
You do not need a password. Enter your email address and we send you a six-digit code. It works for 10 minutes and can take a minute to arrive.
With a password
If you set a password in your profile, you can choose Sign in with a password instead. You can always come back to a code.
Confirming your address
When someone gives you a role for the first time, we send a mail to confirm your address. Open the link in it before you sign in. A link that has expired can be sent again.
Signing out
Choose Sign out in your account menu. On a shared device, sign out every time. Signing out clears what we kept on that device.
No code?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you typed the address your Award Centre has for you.
- Wait a minute, then ask for a new code.
