Choose your pilot variant, your own numbers, and who approves what at each level, within the Foundation’s limits.

Rules and approvals sets how your Operator runs the Award within the Foundation’s limits.

What you set

Pilot variant: if the Foundation offers you a pilot, choose it or keep the standard rules.
Your numbers: the most activities in a section, and how many days pass before an item escalates or counts as blocked.
Approvals: for each level, who decides each step, such as an account, an activity’s set-up or the Award itself.

Within the Foundation’s limits

The page shows what the Foundation allows. Until it publishes its limits, the strictest apply: a person decides every step, and every Award is checked. If the Foundation’s rules change, what you set is kept, and the page says what applies now.

As with every setting, changes go into the draft. Preview it, then publish it.
